Q: How long will my drawing take?

A: A5/A4 drawings take around 3-7days, A3/A2 around 7-14 days from start to posting, (this is
      a guide time scale and is based on how many commissions I already have in)

Q: Im after a drawing for a certain date is that possible?

A: Yes, although orders must be placed at least 10 days before the date it is needed by, if this time scale is missed, depending on current work load I maybe able to fit it in, so please contact me first, if not I do have Gift vouchers available all year round and at any time!

Q: How will my drawing get delivered to me?

A: Anyone who is local to my home town have the option of having the drawing hand delivered, alternatively if you have ordered an A5/A4/A3 size drawing it will be posted in a clear plastic sleeve in a hard back envelope. Bigger drawings are posted Rolled in a posting tube.

Q: Will my chalk drawing get smudged?

A: No, once completed all chalk drawings are sprayed with a fixture spray this helps stop smudging.

Q: Can I have my drawing mounted

A: Yes, please contact me for further information.

Q: Is it possible to have a certain idea of mine drawn?

A: Yes, let me know before ordering what you have in mind or how you would like the layout of your drawing to be, I can then add this to my notes.

Q: Can I have my animals name written on the drawing?

A: Yes of course please let me know when ordering what your animals name is and your preference on where you would like it located on the drawing.

Q: Do I need to pay up front?

A: No, only a 50% of the total is needed as a non refundable deposit when placing an order, the remaining balance is due on competition. Please note NO drawing is posted out until the FULL balance has been received this includes any postage fees, you may also pay full amount if you wish too.

Q: How can I pay?

A: Payment is accept using:- PayPal, Bank Transfer, Postal Order, Cheque or Cash on Collection, please note there is a 10% fee when using paypal, this is to cover paypal charges.
